Olivia Kubic is the Development Assistant at the Institute of Public Affairs. In her role, Olivia supports the Development Manager in organising events, fundraising efforts, and nurturing enduring relationships with the supporters of the IPA.

Prior to joining the IPA, Olivia garnered valuable experience in the events industry, where she played a role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, including musical performances and business launches. Working with clients such as the Melbourne Opera, Arts Centre Melbourne, and Adelaide Fringe, Olivia developed an understanding of the importance of creating an engaging environment for individuals to come together to express and share their passions.

In 2023, Olivia graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Professional Communication, specialising in Public Relations. Her academic background has equipped her with the skills necessary to navigate the dynamic field of communication and contribute to the IPA’s development initiatives.

Beyond her work, Olivia is a cat lover and actively fosters them. She is also a yoga enthusiast and lover of poetry.
