Liam Kiss
Campus Coordinator
Level 2, 410 Collins St, Melbourne 3000 VIC

Liam Kiss is the University of New South Wales Campus Coordinator for the IPA’s Generation Liberty Program. Liam is in his fourth year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree specialising in Taxation and Business Law.

After university Liam intends to work in the not-for-profit sector with a focus on education and training. This is due to a firm belief that services are best provided when Government gets out of the way combined with an acknowledgement that advocates of such a system have a duty to put their money (or time) where their mouths are and work to assist those who slip through the cracks.

Liam is an advocate of freedom and small government first and foremost because he understands that people know best how to live their own lives. He rejects the notion that some people for one reason or another ought to be mollycoddled and directed on what’s in their best interest as being a condescending concept.

Liam’s favourite part of being a Campus Coordinator is the first moment he meets a student expressing interest in the program. There is no better feeling than recognising the joy on a student’s face as they realise that as a fan of liberty they aren’t alone on campus.
