Jefferson Booth is a Membership Assistant at the Institute of Public Affairs having joined in 2022. In contributing to the IPA, Jefferson focuses on building and maintaining relationships with the IPA’s 8000+ member & donor base.
In his time at the IPA, Jefferson has thoroughly enjoyed chatting with people and building a greater understanding of their experiences and values that led them to support the IPA.
Jefferson is currently a Juris Doctor student at Monash University, having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in both Criminology & Politics and International Studies at the University of Melbourne in 2018. Jefferson has also completed a Diploma of Screen and Media: Broadcast Television at Box Hill Institute in 2013.
Before joining the IPA, Jefferson has previously worked in a myriad of roles, from legal assistant to labourer and has a great belief in freedom of speech and egalitarianism being at the core of the Australian way of life.
