Emily Pope
Generation Liberty Coordinator

Emily Pope is the University of New South Wales Campus Coordinator for the IPA. She is in her second year of university, studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting. Although spending most of secondary education having left wing ideology pushed onto her, Emily developed an independent view on world issues, and a passion for liberty and classic liberalism.

As an IPA coordinator Emily is committed to advocating for free markets, lower regulation and lower, more efficient levels of taxation. She also hopes to promote free thought and speech, and balance the discussion of ideas on campus.

After university Emily intends to work in banking and professional accounting. Although aiming for the private sector, she is interested in continuing the discussion on politics.
